Unlikely. They are all interline partners for sure. If you have a single reservation, I can see AC will interline to the rest. But with separate reservation, I have my doubt.

Yes, if you can check in with a premium class counter.

But it is meaningless if your baggage is able to check through. It only works if your baggage is offloaded at TPE. CX/KA will not recognize a *A priority tag.
