Location: 1 hour from Khao Yai, Thailand. No longer Bangkok, China, Taiwan , Palm Coast, FL, LA, or Chicago though still exiled, again, from the Bay Area.

Well, it's always been one of my favorites, especially the noodle bar for the wonton soup and dim sum. Easy to find and close to the gates CX uses. I've used it for MH and QR (before QR lounge opened) flights and it's not inconveniently located.

Maybe it was Italian Day and your noodles were prepared al dente.
