I passed thought NRT in June from DTW on my way to TPE on CI105. Surprisingly I found myself on departure level right after deplaning without going through transfer security. So it did not seem to be limited to DL-DL transfer. It could be just a trial. But anyway I happily spent two hours in Sky Club before I headed to T2.

Btw, the HND schedule are now up and I found the actual DL275 schedule will not connect to CI221 in time as it was planned in DL's proposal to DOT.....
