OP doesn't restrict it to airlines, so I would suggest Hyatt lifetime Glob. It includes 4 TSUs every year, with the opportunity to earn four more at 55/60 nights.

Also, UA lifetime GS at 4MM looks attractive. This is published even though normal yearly GS isn't.

SQ has some interesting top status levels based on revenue, with some former lifetime versions IIRC.

Otherwise for yearly (or so) airline status, I would guess that the obvious candidates would be DL DM, UA 1K and AA EXP plus LH/LX HON and BA GGL. I don't know much about the SAS and Finnish top levels and FB Ultimate, nor whether there would be something special from JAL, KE, OZ, CX, QF etc.
