There is a transit hotel but I’m not sure if this is your best option.

For me personally, if you have no interest in venturing into Singapore CBD area, I would clear immigration, stay at the Crown Plaza (on site airport hotel) and then visit Jewel shopping centre for dinner. It’s connected to terminal 1 and you’ll be able to see the rain vortex. Plenty of videos online.
