Oh I am a big Southwest fan, I usually fly them but my parents have AAdvantage miles that are expiring that they want to use. Now that I made the mistake of telling them there was availability, they will hound me about why I wasted $200 flying Southwest. But yes, WN has a hugely generous COS program.
Just have your parents donate 1000 miles from their AA accounts.... last time I checked that will extend the life of their miles for ... 18 months?
