Riverside between hotel and IconSiam is not connected. You cannot walk riverside->riverside or specifically, Hilton's pier to IconSiam's pier. The Mandarin Oriental Residences, which is in between the Hilton and IconSiam, has walls up all the way from the main street to the water - impossible to pass.
