Luggage issue...delta employs human beings. Human beings, other than maybe you, are imperfect and mistakes will happen. Someone screwed up, scanned a cart wrong and it didn't get on the right plane. From your other post you seem to believe this was intentional and targeted. No one who employs more mortals can give you an answer on how they will prevent mistakes

Gun zip tie...most likely a policy put in place after the Fort Lauderdale airport shooting to try to keep weapons secure in the airport. You said multiple times it is your pet peeve, that is about you. You can choose to spend all this energy on it or accept it and move on. Either way until you own controlling interest in a business I think you will continue to be disappointed on hoping your personal quirks will be considered in policy decisions.
