The banker is paid to do his job. And he is not doing his job. So he does not deserve to be on the job. All employees should refrain from bad mouthing the employer. This is where the loyalty stands.
I don't know about that. At my business, we sometimes recommend that customers don't use our products or services, because they are just wrong for the customer, even if it means lost profit.
Doing the right thing can be right even if it's economically disadvantageous in the short term.
