thanks. Only reson I posted it this is NEW to Hyatt Cabo Ziva. My last trip was FEB. this email with upgrades is FIRST out of 13 trips here. This is trip 13 and I’m really not that concerned this time around. Using a TSU resulted in a Ziva Suite. Room has no balcony. I haven’t been to Cancun yet, but this seems like an apples to oragangea comparison between the two. Just saying as far as upgrades and Globalist recognition. It used to be better. My expectations as a Globalist was a 10, because that’s what I used to get. A TEN. My expectations now boarder on a six here. I guess in four years the transformation I have seen as far as Employee happiness, guest expectations, overall experience has taken a deep dive imo. Not saying I won’t go. It just used to be my favorite Hyatt for service, value and happiness. . I’m really good at all the tricks, being a heavy traveler. This place has turned into my kryptonite. Think that’s a Superman reference.
