Those emails go out automatically... it’s a big part of their business to sell upgrades. Have you emailed them and expressed your preferences and asked for what you want? You may be surprised by what they offer you in exchange for a TSU.... the key with Playa Resorts (in my experience) is find the correct person and engage directly before you arrive. I don’t know who that person is in Cabo but a little research and/or a phone call or two should get you the answer.
