Typhoon disruption in Incheon - KE operations
Due to Typhoon Lingling, flights were disrupted/delayed at Incheon today. While KE cancelled flights from ICN to HKG, other airlines just delayed departures. Although the flight operations are back to normal now, and most other flights take off, the KE flights remain cancelled. Can each airline decide whether they fly or not in special weather situations?
