I also stayed here recently - SNAs did not clear as they were near capacity but I was upgraded to a Heritage Premium room on check in as a Titanium. The short version is that this may be my favorite hotel in the Marriott system to date, and I look forward to getting a chance to return. (I'm torn against the St. Regis in Florence). The Shelbourne truly makes you feel at home. Bartenders and waiters gave us lists of their recommendations for the rest of our trip, and all of them were on point.
Breakfast buffet as well as "Breakfast Signatures" menu menu items (
https://www.theshelbourne.com/Resour...kfast-menu.pdf) are included for Platinum and higher. The only things that are extra are cocktails and "The Juice Bar" drinks. I would highly recommend making a reservation to try the afternoon tea as well, great experience and worth the price of admission.
