For YUL-GVA .. I think it's because they are both Francophone cities ... But it's possible that they would add a YYZ-GVA while keeping YUL-GVA ... Same thing happened with Brussels it's a city with a large Francophone majority but now it has both YYZ-BRU and YUL-BRU ^
True enough! In my own experience, I find that delays tend to occur more frequently in YUL (especially during winter), so I tend to avoid it in favour of YYZ when I am travelling.
