For what it’s worth I had an issue about a year ago with a damaged case. Sadly the case I had was discontinued and could be be repaired. Within a few days I had a new comparable case at my door. I’m sure that being GGL expedited the process, but the overall experience with the outsider contractor they use in the US was 100% positive.

And while I used to buy more expensive bags, recently I’ve been experimenting with the philosophy that most bags don’t survive my travel patterns. Amazon has a line of “Amazon Basics” that seem shockingly affordable for an average quality bag (picked up their large 28” bag for < $90 and it arrived next day).
