All I can say, is that if I ever start my own company, I will also follow AC's methodology of not have a customer relations phone number. It will cut back on actually having to talk to those pesky customers who always seem to want something. It may not be so great for customer retention and satisfaction, but that's a compromise I'm willing to make!
