You'll get the first-class baggage allowance for that direction of travel (2 bags at 70 pounds each). It doesn't matter which segment. It won't affect the other direction of travel: if you upgrade only CMH-ORD or ORD-JAC, you'll get 2x70lb when checking in at CMH, but no free baggage when you check in at BZN.
