AA did not drive anybody to do this. He chose this reckless action on his own. AA is not forcing him against his will to work for the company.
Sure, but doesn't AA have any responsibility to make sure that the people they hire, trust and give access to their planes are not endangering their passengers? Doesn't AA have any responsibility to ensure the safety of passengers and crew on that plane?
