I received an email this morning : "You have Miles pending

Thank you for shopping with shop for Miles.We received the following acknowledgement regarding your recent purchase through shop for Miles on 5 September 2019.Accorhotels_com DE"

Nothing regarding the booking made on accorhotels.com NL though....

P.S. They say "recent purchase through shop for Miles", but I booked through earnonline.flyngblue.com, not shopformiles.

Who can explain the difference to me?

The two differences I see are : not the same website; no offers for France on earnonline (only special offers "all regions") contrary to shopformiles, where there are always loads of merchants. So why two similar but not the same but related websites...???? I can check my shopformiles history on earnonline website ... go figure...
