I have gone to the concierge for customer service "twice".
The first was when I had an issue specifically at YYZ and wanted it fixed both now and forever (they forwarded the email to customer service).
The second was when they explicitly asked me to send the email through them.
If you're SE, just fill out the regular form, and it will be dealt with in 2-3 days.
