I may have been too generous in describing the agent as customer service. It was an agent who I got to through pressing assorted numbers that were not reservations! She was apologetic tho!

I will resort to Twitter if needed, I’m hoping that I experience the magical 24 hour turnaround!

But seriously, they can say 40 days with a straight face?
