Hi
I was just wondering I get an error message "we cannot issue boarding passes - please contact a counter at the airport" after the the check in process. Flight is intra europe.
Funnily enough I can sent and download the electronic boarding passes on my mobile - only thing the system will not producre the pdf boarding pass.....
Anyone else experiencing similar issues?

(Needless to say that on the austrian website it could create the pdf without any issues.... this is my usual workaround if the swiss website refuses to issue - and this is a pure a swiss ticket starting with 724 on a pure LX itineray, not touching austria...)
