St. Regis... R-E-G-I-S?
Had to call Bonvoy to ask a question about a St. Regis property. Rep said they never heard of the St. Regis brand and asked me to spell it.
Then they wanted to check the website for the question I asked to which I replied, "What I'm looking for isn't there which is why I'm calling you."
Time to HUCA.
Can you imagine a customer calling in about a $1,000+/night room and getting this answer? Must be a lot of other luxury brands who get business off nonsense like this.
