Marriott to UA is a 3 points to 1 UA mile ratio +10%
UA mile to Marriott is 1 mile to 1 point +10% (UA is the "only" airline program that can convert to Marriott points)

Neither is a fair trade for "real" value (2:1 is closer) but might be useful to top off an account
