I do agree kids need to be behaved, issue is parents are at fault for allowing such behavior. If it were up to me kids would not be allowed in Biz or First on flights...but I'm not in charge as I'm not in airlines biz
I just asked if they have Coke products and they said Pepsi only. I took a Pepsi and moved on, no complaints - just came here to say it was surprising for a lounge of such caliber.
Not only were the kids loud, they were jumping with dirty shoes all over the nice furniture in the lounge. That by itself should be reason enough for removal - disrespecting the airline's investment in the product and disrespecting the other passengers who will use that shared space.
If I sat in my suit on one of their fancy restaurant chairs and got crud on my pants because a child was jumping all over the seat, I would be pissed to say the least.
