Personally I value the points slightly higher than that rate, so I would consider paying cash for 350 EUR vs 60,000. That would out to about .65 cents in US Dollars per point, and I look for around .8 cents per point. That said, I would definitely check back after the 14th and see if December ends up being and off-peak date for the Shelbounre - if you're far enough from Christmas the points rate may end up being lower.
