I have 3 non-refundable tickets that I am hoarding for a mileage run sometime this fall for overseas travel. If I run into problems with this rule and I can't roll them into a fully refundable ticket, the only alternative that I can think off is to put them into JFK-LGB fares that only have a $25 change fee. ^
