Hope that I am allowed to continue this particular forum with another question about KTN.
I recently updated my GE with my new passport number and also the KTN that is associated with my GE. Previously I had been using the TSA precheck KTN because I had gotten that KTN a year before my GE approval.
In my Delta profile, the new KTN is now showing as saved in the secure passenger information.
However, when I open the secure passenger information in all of my existing 4 reservations, that field is blank!
When I add it and save, and then open it again, it keeps disappearing.
Should I assume that because the KTN is saved in my Delta profile that it will be automatically transferred to the ticket when I check in online?
Why is the KTN field blank in my 4 existing reservations? Or maybe this is normal, but I just never checked before to see?
