I beg to differ, the option on a Band 1 is either a Ploughmans and cake, which is quite substantial for such a short flight (less than an hour), or afternoon tea also served with a small cake. Both options come with scones, jam and clotted cream. You also have a choice of several wines and/or champagne as well as the usual bar service and a selection of hot drinks. Save for the Ploughmans we even get this on a 30 minute MAN flight.
