Yes, as long as it is the pay later option, you can no-show without penalty.

National usually has plenty of minivans in EE, unless it's around a school holiday. Avis once gave me a Traverse on a midsize reservation at MCO. The best I ever got from Hertz was an Impala IIRC. National is my favorite at MCO.
