Introduction This is the Hyatt Residence Club property, not regular Hyatt hotel. Even though this is a very large property, it is located in a high demand tourist area. So its availability is poor. Book it early if there is any room available.This is Hyatt category 4, 15,000 points for a studio room. You can redeem the credit card annual reward night. This is one of the best use of the FNs. Check In The check-in was at its club house, or club center. Two nice ladies took care of the check-in and introductions of the property. It appeard most of the guests were probably club members. There is a coffee machine and a shelf full of trourist information.We were given a map of the property and the location of our unit. It was not difficult to find. Room I think we were lucky to get upgraded to an one bedroom apartment, not the studio apartment as standard redemption. Hyatt loyalty members are not entitled to get upgrade at Hyatt RC properties.The one bedroom aparment is very spacious. There is a full size kitchen. The sitting room area has a sleeper sofa for up to two people. There is also a gas-fired fireplace that opens to both the bedroom and living room. It kept the apartment warm over the cold winter. The room can accommodate up to 4 people. We did not use the outdoor patio area. It was too cold.Here I'll borrow some stock photos. Service Since this is a Hyatt RC property, there was not much service to say. We did not use anything and never called the service desk. Everything worked as it was supposed to.There was no bell staff, no club cart, not club lounge. So do not get disappointed that you do not get any of those. It is not a full service hotel. Dining There are a couple dinning places on the property. But they are indepently owned and are not related to the property. We did not try any of them. There are so many restaurants not far away from the property. Location This property is located at the center of Sedona, close to everything. The background show some of the red rocks, every impressive. There are many shops, restaurants and tourist locations close by. Overall With its excellent location, nice room and comfortable bed, this is one of the best properties in Sedona. We also considered Courtyard by Marriott at Sedona. It requires 50,000 Marriott points. So we did not stay there. No regret.We felt lucky to get upgraded to an one bedroom apartment instead of the standard studio. We really enjoy the warm fireplace during the cold winter night.We'll certainly return if there is any availability. Gym There is a gym. We did not get time to use.
