what a headache. after all this time, IHG award stay resort fees are still a YMMV gamble. so happy HH and hyatt are super clear. NO resort fees for them on award stays.

but then again, IHG T&C has it clearly written:
"For IHG Rewards Club Reward Night stays: Points will automatically be deducted at time of booking. Check the cancellation policy before booking. Rate does not include tax or Resort Fee."

so i guess its a win whenever u get it waived.
