Stayed here over Labor Day weekend on Friday and Saturday night. Upon arrival, no mention of Diamond Status at check in with grumpy desk agent. No mention of upgrade either. Room booked was a double king, very nice option for families. Room felt large and not too cramped with two large beds. TV is 65 inches. Two waters in room. The only thing we didn’t like about the room was the frosted sliding glass door to the bathroom and the window in the bathroom that looks directly out at the beds in the room. It has a vertical blind on it but it’s just plain weird having an interior window on a bathroom. When someone is the bathroom and the rest of the room is completely dark, the light coming from the window behind the vertical blind is bright and annoying. Hope I explained that well enough.

Lounge-Executive Lounge was through two different doors by keycard. There is a desk for a lounge attendant through the first door but no one was ever sitting at it when we went in and out. Never saw any made to order omelettes. Breakfast was standard-muffins, sausage, bacon, fruits, yogurt, croissants, scrambled eggs, variety of juices. Evening was chicken skewers, variety of cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables with dip, red velvet cake, and alcohol was available for purchase. Standard coke products, bottled water and Acqua Panna. There are several large TV’s around the lounge playing a variety of sports or news shows. The lounge hours are posted at the desk.

The parking fee is expensive-$59 for standard and $65 for oversized. We arrived and they measured the height of our vehicle. I asked if parking fees are waived at this property for Hilton Honors members, and the desk agent said no because they don’t own the parking garage and have a contract to park cars there.

The hotel is across the driveway from the new spy museum. There were always several Uber’s right by the hotel when we needed one. It is close to many attractions and within walking distance from major sights.
