No card nonsense

I requalified for my Elite Plus card April, 2019. I still have not received my plastic card. I've opened a case multiple times and always got this. Any ideas on how to proceed? Some airlines require plastic card. Lately I've been using SK EBG lifetime more than TK Elite Plus... Physical address is correct. I have received correspondence on this address earlier from TK.
