Was just in the JFK CCR the other day, and while the service was good, it was quite tiring how the waitress made sure she always had some dollars in her hand or on her tray (happened too many times to be an accident, and the lounge was extremely quiet as last flight of the day) intentionally to highlight the tipping expectations in there. Very blatant - I’d have thought nothing of it if it was once.

I did leave a tip as the service was good (and have also left a tip at the LHR one when service has been good as don’t see why I would only do it in America when we have great hard working staff as well), but perhaps someone from BA could mention to the JFK staff. Was quite cringeworthy.
