According to Flight Global:
Japan has allocated 50 new international daytime slot pairs at Tokyo Haneda International airport to nine countries, with the services to start from 29 March 2020.
The pairs will be equally split between Japanese and foreign carriers, with 12 allocated to routes to the USA, eight to China, two to Russia and Australia, and a single daily flight to India, Italy, Turkey, Finland and Scandinavia.
Tokyo has already allocated the slots available to Japanese carriers to All Nippon Airways and Japan Airlines, with both gaining six flights to the USA, two to China, one flight each to Australia, India and Russia.
ANA has picked up daily slots to Italy, Turkey and Scandinavia, while JAL picks up a daily slot to Finland.
