in that case the issue still has nothing to do with whether you go through security or not. Delta can change their policy on close-in refunds if they want (the 24-hour cancellation is only required by law for flights more than 7 days from purchase).
The issue of lounge access has been litigated, if you're routinely buying tickets just to hit up a lounge then getting a refund they're going to get you eventually.
In either case, these are all civil matters, not anything that police would get involved in.
