I echo all the sentiments. It’s crap.

I actually preferred the Hilton. The staff were nicer and a suite upgrade was forthcoming without issue. Even the welcome gift was better, vouchers and a G&T in-room setup.

Obviously Hilton hotels are weak in Leeds so if you have an alternate brand I’d go for that.
