Yes, it is tight but certainly possible. As long as the OP is able to OLCI (check-in online) for the PG flight - and there is no significant delay of the incoming flight from HND this should work fine. However, obviously there is no time for clearing immigration and check-in with PG at the landside counters, so you need to travel HBO (hand bags only).

As stated above, if the OP travels HBO there is no need to clear immigration/to enter Thailand. Follow the signs for transit/connections which will take you upstairs to transfer security check before you enter the departure area/level.

Maybe the OP would be able to persuade the TG check-in agents at HND to check bags for final destination (regardless of what PG states in the terms and conditions) but I wouldn't take the chance - so HBO only with this itinerary.
