Well, let's see. You can pretty much do all of this in downtown without a limo... everything is pretty much within walking distance and there's a shuttle that runs from one end of downtown to another. I understand the want for a limo, though, but no-can-help.
Best place I can think of to start off with for drunk women would be the Rio Grande (1525 Blake Street), which serves fairly stiff Margaritas. Also in that area at the corner of 15 and Wazee is the Wazee Supper Club, owned and operated by the fine mayor of Denver, the beer-brewing John Hickenlooper. It's got a decent bar. Also, at the Oxford Hotel is the Cruise Room, 17th and northeast of Wynkoop, which specializes in overpriced martinis. There's also Fado's at 19th and Wynkoop, which is a quick jaunt to the Chop House (listed below) and the Celtic Tavern at 18th and Blake for a decent pint.
Moving on to dinner, I'm a big fan of the Palm in the Westin Hotel at 17th and Lawrence, but of course someone will dispute me because it's just the way FT is. I suggest the blackened ribeye, served rare and split a lobster. Also good, though I don't tend to go there, is the Denver Chop House at 19th and Wynkoop. If you're looking for Sushi, the Tom Tom Room on Market between 15th and 16th just opened in the old Tommy Tsunami location. If you want to go a little downmarket, there's cheap but decent creole and cajun at Bayou Bob's between 15th and 16th on Glenarm. Also, next to the Cruise Room, there's the McCormick's in the Oxford that specializes in fish, which is generally decent, though I tend to avoid fish in Colorado. In that area is also a Morton's (don't really think it's that great) and at 15th and Market, a Ruth's Chris, which I didn't care for either.
The only two decent "adult" places are the Diamond Cabaret at 12th and Glenarm and La Boheme at 1443 Stout. Both, I believe are only topless. I hear the food isn't bad at the Diamond, but it's really not my thing. They all have cover charges. I'd call ahead and see if you couldn't work out some sort of VIP status for the business.
End the night at The Church at 1160 Church Street. Normally the women there are pretty decent looking and, by that point, drunk enough to dance with an FT'er.
I hope that's helpful. Have fun at the party and enjoy my half-time home.
