check with percysmith and a few other forum regulars, they're very familiar with Asia Miles availability.

CX changed all the Asia Miles availability recently. Perhaps far-out stuff is affected? Or perhaps you're asking over a very popular period, like CNY or some holiday when award availability isn't going to be released. But as I said in my post above, I've seen a lot of close-in premium award space. Maybe I'm just getting lucky. Some other posters have reported different things. I'm in a boat where award tickets are just money-saving for us, nothing more. We'll pay cash if no awards and use awards if we don't need to pay cash. And it seems like for now, we're still finding a decent amount of award tickets. Offhand I'd say at least 25%-30% of my intra-Asia travel is on Asia Miles awards right now.
