They seem to be very stingy with upgrades. I got exactly what the SNA system assigned me (a ground floor sea view room) and no further upgrades on arrival. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Pool seemed to be a bit crowded. And the beach is not really on the ocean but at the mouth of the river. Miramar beach is5 minute walk from the hotel’s beach. It is still a 20-minute walk to the city of Panjim, but lots of taxis and tuk-tuks readily available in the vicinity of the hotel. Lounge spread is excellent and staff very accomodating.
