Delta is bad about putting you on hold. I think WN is better but how about trying to answer my question without me calling them?

I have a Rapid Rewards round trip expiring in May, 2005. I think I have to fly by May, not book a ticket by May (where the booking window might be 3 months later or August).

Correct assumption?
