My child's GE expires on his DOB IN 2022. His US passport expires in FEB of next year. Child's is valid for 5 years only. So if I am traveling internationally, I have to renew his passport.
When we went for GE interview over 2 years ago, he was around 3 at the time and although they tried his fingerprint, they said it wouldn't work. That means always X on his GE KIOSK receipt ?

He is now almost 6 so I wonder if his fingerprint will work this time?

Do I have to go for GE interview if I want his GE info updated with his new renewed passport? Do I have to do something about his GE when renewing his passport? Will the KTN remain the same?
