I'd take 14 AC or HK personally, especially if you want to sleep.

+1 - I'm 6'4" and it is impossible to stretch out in row 12 due to the bulkhead reaching to the floor. YUL-CDG is not the longest trip and so your sleep time is not going to be that long but I'd pick 14 over 12 any day....
