The Kettle in Manhattan Beach is open 24 hours. It's mostly a diner, not a bar, although it does serve beer (not sure if they do late at night).
No alcohol can be served in California between 2AM and 6AM, it is the law.
No bars will be open after 2AM.
All you get after 2AM is diners and fast food.
(Unless you want to go to a warehouse party in downtown LA).
