Pretty nice, we enjoyed it.
Don't quite understand the "adult only" pool access room, probably on the other pool that's a little bit quieter, but saw kids that I assumed were in many of those rooms also.
The place is full of kids. There's several pools, and one is full of kids. But even the pool near the "quiet" signs gets it's share.
It is across the street from the sea, street is pretty low traffic and easy to cross. And, there really isn't a beach, at high tide the water comes up to sea wall by the street, dunno how deep at the bottom of stairs (don't trust them to step gradually into the water, this is Thailand...). At low tide the water goes WAY out, several 100 meters, and its kinda hard mud (easy to walk on, not slippery or sticky, but not exactly soft sand). So you really have to go somewhere else for a nice beach.
Food was good. Breakfast was very busy every morning. Live music at the bar (probably 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm) was not very good, more of an annoyance.
Room was great. Average size, large bathrooms, well decorated and pleasant atmosphere. Garden and grounds were well kept and pleasant to walk through.
Plenty of other restaurants and bars nearby with a wide selection of decent food, prices weren't low and portions always seemed smaller than normal (comparing with typical Bangkok restaurants) but the location and atmosphere was great.
