That's pretty impressive. I stayed there for my birthday earlier this year and got an amazing welcome..upgrade to a Suite, huge cake with my name on it, card signed by a dozen employees, bottle of wine and some kind of Indonesian scarf. It was my first ever stay at Fairmont Jakarta. Needless to say if I go back to Jakarta I won't hesitate to stay there again.
