Economy passengers (family) traveling on the same flight are not allowed to be guested in by one of the above First Class passengers, correct?

Each first class passenger can guest one person in each to the Concorde Room (assuming the flight goes from Terminal 5 at Heathrow as a few BA flights depart from Terminal 3 (i.e.. to Miami, Vancouver, Cape Town amongst a few others)
