While not free, CP Lumpini is now including breakfast as an option in the main restaurant when you pay for club access. So you can either do breakfast in the lounge or downstairs. CP Lumpini has one of the nicest breakfast spreads i’ve ever seen. The lounge breakfast options were fine too.
